Kawabun is Nagoya's oldest active and well-established ryotei restaurant, founded around the time of the construction of Nagoya Castle in the Edo period (1603-1868). What is Ryotei Kawabun?

Kawabun is the oldest established ryotei restaurant in Nagoya, founded by Kawachiya Bunzaemon as a fishmonger around the time of the construction of Nagoya Castle in the Edo period.
