Additional Charges Other Than the Product Price

- Shipping: a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included) nationwide by courier (including remote islands; 1,980 yen tax included for Okinawa Prefecture). Where a different rate applies to a product, it is shown on the product page or at checkout.

- Cash-on-delivery fee: 330 yen for orders under 10,000 yen / 440 yen for 10,000 yen or more and under 30,000 yen / 660 yen for 30,000 yen or more and under 100,000 yen / 1,100 yen for 100,000 yen or more and up to 300,000 yen (all tax included)

- Bank transfer fees and convenience store payment fees: borne by the customer.

- Internet connection and communication charges: borne by the customer.

Payment Methods

Credit card, Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay, cash on delivery, bank transfer (advance payment), and convenience store payment. Some methods may be unavailable depending on the order and the delivery destination.

Timing of Payment

- Credit card, Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: payment is confirmed at the time of order (the debit date follows the rules of each card company).

- Cash on delivery: please pay the delivery company when the product is delivered.

- Bank transfer (advance payment): available where the total is 5,500 yen or more (tax included). Please transfer within one week of your order. If payment is not received by the deadline, the order may be cancelled.

- Convenience store payment: please pay within two weeks of your order. If payment is not received by the deadline, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery Time

We ship within the same day to seven business days after the order is confirmed (or, for advance payment, after payment is confirmed). Business days exclude weekends, public holidays and the year-end and New Year period. Where more than seven business days are required because of the nature of the product, stock levels, printing status or the delivery destination, we will contact you separately.

Validity Period of an Application

If the payment deadline for an advance payment method passes, the order becomes invalid.

Limits on Quantity

For some products we may limit the quantity that one customer may purchase. Any such limit is shown on the product page.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations (Special Terms on Returns)

- We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer convenience (including a difference in size or a difference from the customer's expectation).

- If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us through the inquiry form or by email within seven days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or a refund at our expense.

- For made-to-order and limited-edition products, the description on the relevant product page takes precedence.

As stated under "Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations" above, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
