[HITOHATA Inc. will present “Tennoz Canal Side Projection Mapping × YOKAI Immersive Experience Exhibition TOKYO”from March 20 (Fri) to March 23 (Mon), 2026, at Tennoz Canal East (Shinagawa, Tokyo).

This event is a special collaboration project with the “YOKAI Immersive Experience Exhibition TOKYO – Imagination of Japan –”, which will be held at Terada Warehouse G1 Building (Shinagawa, Tokyo) from March 27 (Fri) to June 28 (Sun), 2026.

Projection mapping featuring digital animations inspired by traditional Japanese yokai artworks will be projected onto buildings along both sides of the Tennoz Canal, the sail of Terada Warehouse T-LOTUS M, and the surface of the canal itself. The visuals will include famous yokai depicted in ukiyo-e such as Gashadokuro, as well as iconic figures from Japanese folklore including those seen in the Hyakki Yagyo Emaki , Kappa, and Nurarihyon.

In addition, during the three days from March 20 (Fri) to March 22 (Sun), 2026, visitors can enjoy a special greeting event where they can take photos with Eboshigaeru, a waterside yokai character.

Together with the YOKAI Immersive Experience Exhibition TOKYO – Imagination of Japan –, visitors are invited to enjoy projection mapping where a variety of yokai appear along the atmospheric waterfront of the Tennoz Canal Side area, evoking the waterside culture of Edo.

*Projection will proceed in light rain; however, it may be temporarily suspended or canceled in severe weather conditions.

*The Eboshigaeru greeting event will take place from March 20 (Fri) to March 22 (Sun) at 18:30, 19:30, and 20:30, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
