"The Ieyasu and Mikawa Bushi Museum Tokugawa Ieyasu Armor Projection Mapping" was held at the Ieyasu and Mikawa Bushi Museum (Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture) from March 23, 2024 (Saturday) to July 7, 2024 (Sunday), produced by HITOHATA,INC. (Organizer: Okazaki Public Service Corporation)

This event commemorates the renovation of “The Ieyasu and Mikawa Bushi Museum,” a historical museum in Okazaki Park, the birthplace of Tokugawa Ieyasu, and features a replica of the armor “Kindamigusoku” that Tokugawa Ieyasu is said to have worn in the prelude to the Battle of Okehazama, as well as a projection mapping image of Okazaki City and Tokugawa Ieyasu, which is displayed on the first floor Ieyasu-kan Theater. The projection mapping image of Okazaki City and Tokugawa Ieyasu was projected on the replica of Kindamigusoku.

[Details] In commemoration of the renovation of the Ieyasu and Mikawa Bushi Museum, the historical museum in Okazaki Park where Tokugawa Ieyasu was born, a replica of the armor Kindamigusoku that Tokugawa Ieyasu is said to have worn in the prelude to the Battle of Okehazama is installed in the Ieyasu-kan Theater on the first floor, and projection mapping images of Okazaki City and Tokugawa Ieyasu are projected on the armor.
