Okazaki Park Digital Light Up 2023

"Okazaki Park Digital Light Up 2023" produced by HITOHATA,INC. was held at Okazaki Park (Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture) from January 20 (Fri.) to January 22 (Sun.), 2023. (Sponsored by Okazaki City and Okazaki City Night Time Economy Promotion Council)

The light and sound effects of 39 LED bars, each 2 m long and spanning approximately 60 m along the Seikaibori moat of Okazaki Castle, the birthplace of Tokugawa Ieyasu, were combined with projection mapping images featuring Japanese patterns and winter motifs projected on a screen approximately 6 m wide and 4 m high, which was made up of Japanese umbrellas. In addition to creating a fantastic light space, various spots in Okazaki Park were digitally illuminated, including the Okazaki Castle Otemon gate, where a gorgeous projection mapping image was projected along with interactive content on the ground that changed images in response to people's movements.
