"Nishio Castle Winter Picture Scroll 2023 Projection Mapping" produced by HITOHATA,INC. will be held at Nishio City Historical Park (Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture) on February 11 (Sat., holiday) and 12 (Sun.), 2023. (Sponsored by Nishio City)

This event will be held at Nishio Castle, the symbol of Nishio City, where digital animations based on the history and culture of Nishio City and projection mapping images of cranes and motifs associated with Tokugawa Ieyasu will be projected on the main turret and brass stone gate of Nishio Castle.

Admission is free, and advance registration is not required.

In addition, "Nishio City Historical Park Light-up" will be held from February 4 (Sat.) to 8 (Wed.) and from March 21 (Tue., holiday) to 31 (Fri.), 2023, to illuminate the Nishio City Historical Park.

We hope you will enjoy the collaboration of Nishio City's unique history and cultural art with cutting-edge digital technology and the first projection mapping at Nishio Castle.

[Name] Nishio Castle Winter Picture Scroll 2023 Projection Mapping

[Dates] February 11 (Sat., holiday) and 12 (Sun.), 2023 18:00-21:00

*Continuous projection of approximately 7 minutes of content with an intermission of approximately 3 minutes.

*The same video can be viewed at any time of the day, so we recommend coming as late in the day as possible.

*In case of rain, the projection may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

Public transportation: 15 minutes walk from Nishio Station on the Meitetsu Line

*Please use the Nishio City Cultural Hall parking lot.

[Request to visitors]

・Please enter from the Nishio City Museum side (south side) and exit from the Ninomaru Ushitora Yagura side (east side).

・When taking photos or videos, please refrain from using flash, drones, or using a tripod for long periods of time in the front rows during busy times. The sound of the shutter of continuous shooting may disturb people around you, so please refrain from taking continuous shots or use the silent shooting function during crowded times. Since the images move quickly, we recommend that you use a smartphone to take video.

・Please cooperate with other visitors by sharing the space.

・Please be aware that you may be photographed or filmed by staff members, and that you may be filmed for media coverage. Please be aware that you may be photographed, filmed, or interviewed by the media.
