Job Description

The Assistant Planner internship is a long-term program in which you learn PR, marketing, e-commerce and business planning across a broad range of areas while taking part in real projects such as projection mapping, immersive art museums and immersive shows.

Mission: Experience the work of a Planner on real project sites. Go through the whole flow of PR, marketing and e-commerce operations, and build a professional perspective and practical skills.

• Supporting business planning and concept development for projection mapping, immersive art museums and immersive shows

• Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentation materials and reports

• Researching and summarizing case studies in Japan and overseas

• Executing advertising and marketing strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads)

• Attracting media coverage and distributing press releases

• Operating corporate social media (Instagram, Facebook)

• Website production and operation

• Supporting IP strategy, the e-commerce site, merchandise sales and sales management

• Improving operations through the use of AI and DX tools

Required Skills

• Interest in projection mapping, immersive art museums and immersive shows (no experience required)

• Standard PC skills, AI skills and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

All of the following are for reference only. No specific experience or qualification is required.

• Part-time experience in the operation of projection mapping, events or exhibitions

• Interest or experience in photography and video

• Business-level English (as a guide, TOEIC 700 or above)

Number of Openings

A small number of positions.

• Able to take part at least two days a week, continuously for at least three months

• Interested in projection mapping, immersive art museums, immersive shows and the like

• Able to take part at the Nagoya Head Office, or able to take part remotely

Selection Process

• Entry (submission of resume)

• Notification of document screening result (by email, within about three weeks of submission)

• Interview, held in person at our Tokyo Office or Nagoya Head Office, for candidates who pass document screening

Interviews are in principle held in person at our Tokyo Office or Nagoya Head Office. Online interviews are available only to candidates living outside the Kanto, Tokai and Kansai regions or outside Japan.

Travel costs for the interview are at your own expense.

It can take up to about three months from the closing date or your entry until the final offer or rejection is communicated.

Interviews and communications about selection results are generally conducted in Japanese, although interviews can be conducted partly in English.

Terms of Participation

Type

INTERN MEMBER (long-term internship). This internship is for students and assumes long-term participation of at least two days a week for at least three months. Some interns have gone on to join us as COMPANY MEMBER (Regular Staff) after graduating.

Pay and travel expenses

• Grade: from Grade 1 (Assistant Grade)

• Travel expenses covered in full

• Your first two sessions are observation and training only, with travel expenses covered

• From your third session onward, if you take on real work, you move to paid participation according to your grade

Participation conditions

• Days: at least two days a week

• Minimum period: at least three months

• Hours: negotiable within 10:00-19:00 (at least four hours a day)

Location

Nagoya Head Office. Remote participation can be discussed.
