The “Battle of Kawanakajima 3D Picture Scroll VR” produced by HITOHATA,INC. will be on display at the Nagano City booth at the Japan International Exposition 2025 (EXPO 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo) “Local SDGs Fest” from 28 May (Wed) to 1 June (Sun), 2025.

The “Battle of Kawanakajima 3D Picture Scroll VR” was produced using the digital archive of cultural assets owned by the Nagano City Museum, including the “Great Battle of Kawanakajima”, “Takeda 24 Generals” and “Uesugi 18 Generals”, etc. It is depicted as a dynamic digital animation with a sense of movement through 3DCG.

Visitors can experience the “Battle of Kawanakajima” between Takeda Shingen and Uesugi Kenshin, who carved their names in the battle, through special goggles.
